About the Role
KolaDaisi University (KDU), established in 2016 under the auspices of the Kola Daisi Foundation, is committed to academic excellence, innovation, and impactful youth development. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced System Analyst II to join our vibrant IT team for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic session. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, designing, and implementing robust IT solutions that support the academic and administrative operations of our growing institution.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate existing information systems and business processes to identify areas for technological improvement and optimization.
- Design, develop, and test software applications, databases, and network solutions tailored to the university's operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative departments to gather user requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Provide reliable technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure system security and data integrity.
- Train staff and students on the effective utilization of newly implemented systems and enterprise software.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, procedures, and troubleshooting logs.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Must possess relevant O-Level credits including WASSCE, NECO, or GCE.
- Minimum of 3 years of cognate professional experience in system analysis, software development, or IT infrastructure management, preferably within a tertiary institution environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Competitive remuneration structured on the KDUNTSS 07 salary scale, comparable to Federal Universities in Nigeria.
