About the Role
RealNov8 Estates, a premier property development and estate management firm under the RealNov8 Group in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is seeking a dedicated Surveyor and Site Inspection Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing precise land surveys, boundary demarcations, and rigorous site inspections for both our luxury and affordable housing projects. Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate topographical land surveys, site mapping, and boundary demarcations using modern surveying equipment.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure construction and development activities align with approved architectural designs and industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports, site plans, and documentation for land acquisition and statutory approvals.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers, project managers, and town planners to resolve site-related discrepancies.
- Verify property beacons and monitor land integrity to prevent encroachments and boundary disputes.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all active project sites in Rivers State.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Surveying, Geoinformatics, Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in land surveying, site inspection, or real estate development.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and relevant CAD or GIS software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian land laws, documentation processes, and Port Harcourt property terrain.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to frequently visit and navigate various project sites.
