About the Role
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Surveyor to join our expanding team. Established in Nigeria in 1981, CCECC is a leading international construction company renowned for delivering critical infrastructure development projects across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing high-profile civil engineering projects by providing accurate land and construction survey data, ensuring precision from groundbreaking to project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive land and construction surveys, including topographic, boundary, and property surveys for various infrastructure projects.
- Utilize industry-standard equipment such as GPS, Total Stations, and advanced surveying tools to collect highly accurate field data.
- Analyze collected survey data and generate precise maps, detailed reports, and essential technical documentation.
- Ensure all surveying operations strictly comply with local legal frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, civil engineers, architects, and urban planners to provide critical site information.
- Conduct field surveys in diverse environments across Nigeria while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in land or construction surveying.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern surveying equipment and software, including GPS, GIS, Total Stations, and CAD.
- In-depth understanding of land surveying principles, property laws, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail for precise data interpretation and map production.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging field conditions and deliver reliable results within tight deadlines.
