About the Role
Landgate Investments Limited is a leading property investment and development company dedicated to making real estate simple, secure, and accessible with high returns on investment. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Survey Engineer to join our growing team and ensure the precise execution of our building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Establish, maintain, and verify primary survey control networks, benchmarks, and reference points for accurate project execution.
- Conduct setting-out activities for building structures, foundations, roads, drainage systems, and civil infrastructure.
- Perform construction surveys, including structural setting-out, level checks, alignment verification, and dimensional control.
- Process, analyze, and manage survey data using CAD, GIS, and engineering software to support project delivery and earthwork calculations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical site issues.
- Supervise junior survey teams and ensure all activities comply with HSEQ policies and project specifications.
- Degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related built environment discipline.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in engineering surveying within construction or infrastructure developments.
- Proficiency in operating modern surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GNSS/RTK receivers, and digital levels.
- Strong competence in CAD drafting, survey data processing, and interpreting architectural and civil engineering drawings.
- Professional registration or membership with a recognized surveying body is an added advantage.
