Key Responsibilities- Offer compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with diverse mental health needs.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, routine tasks, and personal care as required.
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
- Monitor patient progress, observe behavioral changes, and accurately document daily observations or concerns.
- Adhere strictly to facility protocols, health and safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to ensure overall care quality.
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Zero to one year of professional or volunteer experience in a mental health or care setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and mental health needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- High levels of patience, emotional intelligence, empathy, and strict professionalism.
- Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary shift team.
