About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and analytical Supply Planning & DRP Lead to join our operations in Nigeria. In this critical individual contributor role, you will ensure that our supply plans, production schedules, and distribution requirements are seamlessly aligned to meet customer service targets, minimize supply risks, and drive cost efficiency across our factory network and warehousing footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week master production schedule aligned with the agreed S&OP volume plan.
  • Translate unconstrained demand forecasts into constrained production plans factoring in capacity and inventory targets.
  • Lead the weekly Supply Planning Meeting and monitor production conformance to drive effective decision-making.
  • Own the Distribution Requirements Planning process to ensure optimal stock positioning across the depot network and achieve OTIF targets.
  • Set and review stock norms, monitor inventory health, and resolve distribution bottlenecks.
  • Contribute actively to the S&OP process by providing accurate supply-side insights, capacity models, and gap-closure options.
  • Champion data quality, planning discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in supply planning, production planning, or DRP within the FMCG or manufacturing sector in Nigeria.
  • Hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced supply planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety stock modelling, capacity planning, and multi-site production scheduling.
  • Active participation in S&OP processes with a proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
