We are currently looking for a talented Supply Chain Specialist to oversee our operations across West Africa, ensuring seamless logistics, inventory management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across West Africa, ensuring timely delivery of food ingredients and flavor products.
  • Coordinate with local and regional manufacturing sites, warehouses, and logistics partners to optimize inventory levels.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement cost-effective supply chain solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage shipping documentation, and ensure full compliance with regional import and export regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and procurement teams to align supply forecasts with market demand.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably within the FMCG or food ingredients sector.
  • Strong understanding of West African logistics networks, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with high proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse, multicultural teams.
