About the Role

Aldelia Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to drive end-to-end sourcing, tendering, contracting, and logistics operations for our plant, camp, and office requirements in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless acquisition of high-quality materials and services in strict compliance with company policies, delegation of authority, and local regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end procurement cycles including requisition, sourcing, negotiation, award, and receipt for goods, services, and equipment.
  • Manage strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and vendor database maintenance to drive year-on-year cost savings and supply continuity.
  • Prepare, issue, and evaluate tenders and bid summaries to ensure transparent and competitive awards.
  • Negotiate comprehensive supplier contracts covering pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, warranties, and SLAs.
  • Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and on-time-in-full metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee inventory management, central-store replenishment, and logistics operations including import/export documentation and customs clearance.
  • Interface with Finance on letters of credit, bank guarantees, and produce periodic procurement dashboards and spend reports.
  • Uphold strict HSE, ethics, anti-bribery, and local-content standards across all sourcing and supply chain activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian statutory requirements, import/export regulations, and local content frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
