About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer to join our operations in Kaduna. In this vital role, you will oversee procurement and supply chain workflows to ensure the seamless, cost-effective, and compliant distribution of goods and services supporting critical hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring optimal value and regulatory compliance.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers while effectively managing purchase orders and vendor contracts.
- Oversee inventory management, secure storage facilities, and efficient distribution networks to minimize stock-outs and operational wastage.
- Coordinate closely with pharmacy, laboratory, and clinical departments to accurately forecast and fulfill supply needs.
- Ensure facility procurement and inventory workflows strictly comply with central HQ supply-chain policies and standards.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and provide robust support for internal and external audits.
- Implement cost-control strategies and drive continuous supplier-performance management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Proven working experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or purchasing and stock control.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory and cost-control techniques, coupled with exceptional negotiation abilities.
- High attention to detail, adherence to compliance standards, and effective cross-departmental communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern procurement and inventory management software systems is considered a strong advantage.
