About the Role
The American University of Nigeria (AUN), Africa's first Development University located in Yola, Adamawa State, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Admission Representative. In this role, you will champion our mission of providing a world-class, American-style education by recruiting top-tier talent and guiding prospective students through their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct informational sessions and presentations for prospective students, parents, and high school communities.
- Represent AUN at educational fairs, school visits, and strategic recruitment events across assigned regions.
- Evaluate applications and academic credentials to determine admission eligibility in line with university standards.
- Utilize CRM software to manage, track, and diligently follow up on prospective and admitted student pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and supportive admissions and enrollment process.
- Provide personalized counseling regarding admission requirements, academic programs, and financial aid options.
- Bachelor degree in Humanities or a related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution; a Master degree is an added advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of post-NYSC experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in local dialects.
- Strong organizational abilities, self-driven mindset, and a goal-oriented approach to meeting enrollment targets.
- Familiarity with secondary school networks and educational landscapes in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing CRM systems for workflow management.
- Flexibility to travel and work varied schedules as required by recruitment campaigns.
