About the Role
Dragnet Solutions, a leading human resources and technology innovator in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining our procurement and supply-chain operations, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing, storage, and distribution of essential goods and services to support seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring maximum value and strict compliance.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while effectively managing purchase orders and contracts.
- Oversee inventory control, storage, and distribution to minimize stock-outs and operational wastage.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to accurately forecast and fulfill supply needs.
- Ensure all procurement, sourcing, and inventory workflows comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and provide robust support for internal and external audits.
- Drive cost-control initiatives and conduct regular supplier-performance management reviews.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Successful completion of the mandatory NYSC program or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Proven professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong expertise in managing suppliers, strategic purchasing, and stock optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
