About the Role

Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian catering, hospitality, and entertainment conglomerate, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this vital role, you will manage everything from sourcing raw materials and warehouse inventory to final distribution, ensuring seamless operations across our diverse business units including industrial catering, cinemas, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with organizational growth objectives and demand forecasts.
  • Source reliable suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate cost-effective contracts for raw materials and essential services.
  • Monitor stock levels, optimize replenishment processes, and maintain a strategic balance to prevent shortages or costly overstocking.
  • Supervise logistics, transport routes, and warehouse operations to guarantee safe, accurate, and timely product delivery.
  • Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks, assess risks, and implement robust contingency plans for swift resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, production, and procurement teams to coordinate daily execution and long-term planning.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and shipping costs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the hospitality, manufacturing, or oil and gas support sectors in Nigeria.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian logistics regulations, warehousing best practices, and distribution networks.
