Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is seeking a dedicated and organized Supply Chain Assistant to support our procurement and logistics operations in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Assist the Procurement and Logistics team in executing compliant procurement activities, purchase requests, and requests for quotations.
- Coordinate the movement, tracking, and timely delivery of goods and project materials to designated field locations.
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, labeling, and maintaining accurate inventory stock and bin cards.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic procurement files, ensuring adherence to internal controls and donor guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers and service providers to monitor delivery timelines and evaluate performance.
- Generate routine procurement, logistics, and inventory reports to support organizational transparency and audits.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, preferably within an NGO.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, with exceptional record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with local markets in North-East Nigeria is a distinct advantage.
