About the Role
Rotation and Precision Machines Limited is a leading sales and procurement firm providing comprehensive engineering solutions across manufacturing sectors. We specialize in supplying power transmission products, bearings, industrial spares, and technical maintenance services. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain and Operations Manager to optimize our logistics, procurement, and warehouse activities for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and operational activities to ensure timely project and order delivery.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with internal teams to select high-performing vendors.
- Process and track purchase orders accurately using Zoho, monitoring shipments from global suppliers to final client delivery points.
- Implement warehouse safety guidelines, supervise quarterly physical stock counts, and minimize holding costs or stock discrepancies.
- Monitor logistics and operational data to identify bottlenecks, resolve supply chain delays, and ensure seamless cross-departmental coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CIPS or CSCP will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial trading environment.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP platforms like Zoho, and advanced data-driven operational analysis.
- Exceptional negotiation, vendor relationship management, and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of local and international logistics.
