About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor, Schools to join our mission in Nigeria, acting as the crucial nexus between instructional design, school management, and student success.

As a field-based Supervisor, you will spend 90% of your time directly in schools, driving performance improvement and stakeholder engagement. Your core responsibilities include:

• Supervising school leaders and staff across assigned schools, ensuring holistic child development, high-performing teaching cohorts, and strict adherence to operational budgets.
• Leveraging big data, classroom observations, and quality assurance audits to guide school staff in improving instructional practices and maintaining safe learning environments.
• Engaging proactively with local stakeholders, including government officials, parents, and community groups to support school enrollment, events, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitating leadership and professional development sessions, supporting staff transitions, and preparing students and staff for government-proctored and national examinations.

To thrive in this results-driven and collaborative role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Undergraduate degree in any field, with a B.Ed or Master's degree serving as an added advantage.
• At least two years of teaching experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated community leadership experience in guiding teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Proven background in youth or adult mentorship and coaching.
• Strong commitment to data-driven decision-making, with flawless interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Hausa is strictly required.
• Unwavering willingness to travel daily for field-based school visits and occasional long-distance trips.
