We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented, professional, and service-driven Supervisor to join our growing hospitality operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high service standards, guiding staff, and ensuring seamless daily operations that elevate the overall guest experience and boost profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across various hospitality partner venues to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate front-line hospitality staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.
- Monitor service delivery, promptly addressing and resolving customer feedback or operational challenges.
- Collaborate with management to implement innovative strategies for staff training, revenue enhancement, and operational workflows.
- Maintain strict accountability for resource management, inventory control, and compliance with industry health and safety regulations.
- Possession of a BSc, HND, or relevant educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory or management experience within the hospitality or service industry.
- Highly accountable, trustworthy, and possessing exceptional integrity in handling daily responsibilities.
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
