Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations across multiple client hospitality projects to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative operational strategies that enhance brand reputation, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish performance goals, monitor key metrics, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Manage resource allocation, vendor relationships, and inventory control to maintain optimal cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, revenue growth, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- BSc, HND, or relevant educational background in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Highly accountable, trustworthy, and possessing strong integrity in managing confidential business matters.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
