Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front desk, housekeeping, and customer service teams.
- Monitor service standards to ensure every guest receives top-notch, personalized care throughout their stay.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior staff to maintain high performance and professional conduct.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies and assist with administrative reporting as required by management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude reflecting high hospitality standards.
- Proven ability to thrive, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
