Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and assign daily operational tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, resolving issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure accurate recording of all daily financial transactions.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines across the store environment.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a retail or supervisory role will be an added advantage.
