About the Role
Sundown Cafe is a premier hospitality and culinary establishment located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, dedicated to delivering upscale dining, curated social spaces, and high-quality artisanal beverage experiences. Operating as a hybrid lifestyle destination, the establishment seamlessly transitions from a sophisticated daytime corporate meeting and breakfast venue into an exclusive evening lounge designed for professional networking and leisure. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Female Supervisor to join our team at 149 Woji Road, GRA, Port Harcourt, and help maintain our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless transition from daytime cafe to evening lounge services.
- Manage, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and maintain operational logs.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational or service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all dining and lounge areas.
- Collaborate with management to drive sales, optimize staff scheduling, and execute promotional events.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality, restaurant, or leisure industry.
- Preferred Gender: Female, bringing strong organizational and interpersonal leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
