About the Role
CMD Medical & Health bridges the gap between medical professionals, institutions, and the patients who need them most. Through our innovative digital healthcare platform, CallMyDoctor, we are expanding our telemedicine and pharmacy-partner network across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a qualified Superintendent Pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy regulatory oversight and support the ongoing development of our electronic pharmaceutical services in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional pharmacy and regulatory oversight for all digital and partner pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate applicable Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) licensing and compliance requirements.
- Support the development, management, and scaling of our electronic pharmacy operations.
- Identify, verify, and onboard licensed partner pharmacies across the network.
- Oversee prescription and medication-related workflows to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Develop comprehensive pharmacy SOPs and internal compliance procedures.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and all pharmacy-related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to optimize pharmacy-related features and processes.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
- Fully registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) with a current and valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in retail or community pharmacy, regulatory affairs, e-pharmacy, or digital health is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
