About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, providing reliable and affordable power to over 82 million people across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Executive to join our dynamic team in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, reporting to the Regional Business Manager, West Central.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory by receiving stock, tracking items, and issuing products according to FIFO standards.
- Maintain updated stock cards, daily cycle counts, and online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs.
- Handle spare parts inventory, re-orders, and consolidate faulty stock for proper disposal.
- Prepare daily on-hand stock and issuance reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Perform basic technical checks and repairs on in-warranty returns using designated tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store and repair workbench aligned with SKU arrangements.
- Assist walk-in customers, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with the call center to resolve queries.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in store management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity.
- Demonstrate computer literacy, particularly with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Exhibit a strong customer focus, proactive attitude, and ability to work flexibly in a team.
- Prior knowledge of Sun King products and local territory familiarity will be distinct advantages.
