Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction based on the approved secondary school curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials to suit diverse student needs.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and regular reports.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, B.A, or equivalent in relevant subjects.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
