Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons tailored to early childhood and primary students.
- Introduce fundamental computer concepts, digital citizenship, and basic coding in an age-appropriate manner.
- Maintain a well-managed, safe, and stimulating computer laboratory environment for all learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and regular updates to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate technology across various subjects within the school curriculum.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess a minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent relevant qualification in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in ICT or computer education, preferably within a structured primary or early childhood setting.
- Strong passion for teaching young children and shaping their foundational technology skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management abilities.
- High level of patience, creativity, and adaptability in a multicultural school environment.
- Residency in Katsina or willingness to relocate to the area.
