Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Language and Literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and community development initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to align teaching strategies with the core vision and mission of the academy.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in English Education, English Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary school environment is highly advantageous.
