About the Role

As an Education Personnel, you will play a vital role in fulfilling our mission by providing exceptional academic instruction and contributing to the holistic development of students within naval educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction in Arts, Science, or Technical subjects in accordance with approved curricula.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
  • Foster a disciplined, safe, and inclusive learning environment that aligns with the standards of the Nigerian Navy.
  • Participate in curriculum development, lesson planning, and departmental meetings to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Mentor students and guide their academic and moral development for future success.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with a merit in Arts, Science, or Technical subjects.
  • Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent with 5 credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
