Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Basic Science lessons in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Instil godly values and moral character in students during daily interactions and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to participate in staff meetings, school events, and continuous professional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student academic performance and behavioral development.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or relevant academic qualification in Education or a science-related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in Basic Science or related science subjects within a recognized primary or junior secondary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A strong sense of personal responsibility, absolute honesty, and a deep commitment to delivering quality education.
