Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across assigned subjects aligned with our dual-curriculum standards.
- Plan and prepare comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and moral discipline.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student development.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree, NCE, or equivalent academic qualification in Education or a specialized subject area.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable primary or secondary school environment.
