Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the approved Nigerian and British curricula.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development and well-being of every student.
- Uphold the Christian values and moral standards of the institution at all times.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or equivalent) in Education or a specialized subject area.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable nursery, primary, or secondary school setting.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to integrate modern teaching technology and interactive methods into classroom instruction.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Akobo, Ibadan, and share the Christian ethos of the school.
