Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review comprehensive early childhood education curricula tailored for online and distance learning formats.
- Create engaging, high-quality instructional content, course materials, and assessments that promote active learner participation.
- Ensure rigorous academic quality assurance standards are consistently met across all assigned course modules.
- Leverage emerging educational technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance digital content delivery and student engagement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia producers, and fellow academics to build seamless e-learning experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Prior teaching or academic content development experience is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with deep subject matter expertise.
- Strong grasp of modern curriculum development frameworks and digital pedagogy.
