Key Responsibilities- Help learners excel in mathematics and pass all exams through a true understanding of core mathematical concepts.
- Ensure learners develop strong fluency in mental math and the practical application of numbers.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons using activity-based learning to promote critical thinking and teamwork.
- Prepare, distribute, and effectively grade instructional materials, lesson notes, assignments, and quizzes.
- Maintain excellent classroom control, management, and a safe, conducive learning environment for all pupils.
- Conduct targeted remedial and intervention classes to support struggling students.
- Participate actively in weekly lesson previews, school meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Uphold the school's culture, values, and high standards of conduct at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics in a structured school environment.
- Exceptional classroom management and student engagement skills.
