About the Role
My Haire Concierge is a premium hair and scalp wellness studio based in Lekki, Lagos, dedicated to delivering the highest standards of hair care for Black women. We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly organised Studio Concierge to own the physical client journey and day-to-day studio experience. In this role, you will set the tone of our calm and luxurious space, ensuring that every client is welcomed, attended to, and guided through their visit seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and receive clients professionally while managing the front desk and incoming calls.
- Create, manage, and update client appointments and coordinate stylists, braiders, and technicians.
- Manage client check-ins, oversee the waiting experience, and ensure smooth departures.
- Monitor day-to-day studio operations and complete required daily reports and operational checklists.
- Identify rebooking opportunities, support in-studio product sales, and handle immediate service recovery.
- Coordinate client media content, reviews, and support influencer and ambassador visits.
- Provide temporary front-desk coverage for the Digital Concierge when required.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a professional, polished appearance.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and efficient in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Good computer literacy with strong problem-solving and commercial awareness.
- Prior experience in a salon, beauty, hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness environment is a distinct advantage.
