About the Role
Wisdom Scroll Consulting, on behalf of a reputable and forward-thinking construction company in Abuja, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Architect to lead its dynamic architectural design studio. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the architectural design studio, ensuring high-quality output across all commercial and residential projects.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive architectural concepts, designs, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers and industry consultants.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful end-to-end delivery.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and provide technical guidance throughout the construction phase.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Mentor, guide, and develop junior architects and technical design staff.
- Utilize industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for advanced design workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and construction project management.
- Mandatory registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
- Active membership in the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful residential, commercial, or mixed-use completed projects.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM processes, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
