About the Role
CZAR Projects Limited is a leading real estate developer and integrated engineering, infrastructure, and project management company delivering state-of-the-art solutions since 2012. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team and drive architectural excellence across our landmark developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architectural concepts, designs, detailed drawings, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage end-to-end projects from conceptual design through construction and final completion.
- Coordinate seamlessly with structural, MEP, and other specialized engineering consultants.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide expert technical guidance during the construction phase.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Review technical drawings and provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
- Identify design and construction challenges early and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience in the Nigerian property market.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- ARCON registration or active certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering successful residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and various 3D visualization tools.
- Strong working knowledge of construction detailing, local building regulations, and project delivery methods.
