We are currently seeking an exceptional Strategy and Operational Transformation Consultant to drive the delivery of high-impact advisory engagements across strategy, organizational transformation, talent, governance, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation, providing trusted advisory support to executive committees and boards.
- Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, operating models, and execution roadmaps that deliver measurable value.
- Drive organization design, business transformation, workforce strategy, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams of consultants and analysts while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree is an advantage).
- 5 to 8 years of progressive professional experience combining top-tier consulting and hands-on operational leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategy execution, enterprise transformation, and change management initiatives.
