About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships, Institutional Business, Channels & Key Accounts Manager to join our high-performing team in Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will champion our corporate growth by forging valuable alliances and managing vital institutional relationships that reflect our core values of luxury, excellence, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and expand high-value strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, government institutions, and private investors.
- Drive institutional business development, channel growth, and key account acquisition across multiple UR9 Group subsidiaries.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and convert high-potential leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Maintain strong ongoing engagement with key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery, resolve issues, and secure repeat business.
- Collaborate effectively with internal operational teams to track partnership performance and align commercial strategies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's or professional certification is a plus.
- At least 6 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, institutional business development, corporate sales, or key account management.
- Exceptional negotiation, proposal development, commercial closing, and executive-level communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, meeting ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Must be based in Abuja or possess suitable residential arrangements within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
