About the Role
UR9 Group, a leading diversified Nigerian conglomerate operating across energy, real estate, agriculture, and technology, is seeking a dynamic Strategic Investments, Ventures, Corporate Development & Market Expansion Manager to drive our next phase of growth from our Abuja office.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic investment opportunities, new ventures, M&A, and joint ventures across UR9 Group subsidiaries.
- Prepare comprehensive investment briefs, feasibility studies, financial projections, and market-entry plans for executive decision-making.
- Coordinate end-to-end corporate development activities including due diligence, stakeholder management, and partnership negotiations.
- Monitor post-investment performance and market trends to ensure alignment with long-term profitability and strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in strategic investments, corporate development, venture building, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, business case development, risk assessment, and market expansion execution.
- Must reside in Abuja or have independent accommodation arrangements within a reasonable commuting distance.
