About the Role
Welcome2Africa International is a premier trade and investment facilitation company focused on Nigeria's agricultural and maritime sectors. We empower investors, multinationals, and key stakeholders to achieve their expansion goals through dedicated services and programs. We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Execution Officer based in Abuja to ensure seamless operational coordination and revenue execution across our group entities.
Key Responsibilities- Translate directives from the Group CEO into clear actions with defined owners, deadlines, and revenue links, tracking progress weekly.
- Oversee the lifecycle from lead generation to signed mandates, commercial terms, execution, and revenue realization.
- Compile comprehensive dashboards covering active mandates, 90-day revenue forecasts, risk flags, and upcoming engagements.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials for investor meetings and ensure prompt action logging and follow-ups within 24 hours.
- Manage institutional partner relationships, support holding company capital raises, and conduct strategic market research.
- Protect executive time by efficiently managing calendars, travel, and correspondence while ensuring strict documentation discipline.
- Proven experience in a chief-of-staff, executive office, management consulting, strategy, or programme management role.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze deals, identify missing elements, and ask pertinent questions.
- Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills with strict discretion and calm persistence.
- High level of maturity to interact effectively with senior leadership, investors, and high-net-worth stakeholders.
- Ability to autonomously solve complex operational challenges and proactively present structured solutions.
