About the Role
Caleb British International School (CBIS) is a prestigious co-educational Day and Boarding Christian institution operating under the esteemed Caleb Group of Schools, established in 1986. Since adopting the British curriculum in September 2009, we have maintained a commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development within a secure, nurturing environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and seamless functionality of our campus infrastructure, supporting our approximately 400 students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of all school buildings, equipment, and essential utilities.
- Coordinate routine facility inspections, prompt repairs, comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules, and third-party service providers.
- Supervise technical and facility support staff to maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free school environment.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the entire campus.
- Manage facility-related budgets, inventory, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Relevant educational qualifications, professional certifications, or extensive practical experience in facility management or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within an educational or similar institutional environment.
