About the Role
The Concept Group is seeking a sharp, analytical, and results-driven Strategic Adviser to Management to serve as a key problem-solver across our evolving business ecosystem. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will track and drive critical strategic initiatives, collaborate with department heads to ensure projects remain on time and within budget, and empower executive leadership with actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Help leadership develop, refine, and execute the company-wide strategic plan.
- Track organizational progress against high-level goals and KPIs, delivering comprehensive reports to Executive Management.
- Prepare board meeting materials, analytical reports, and insights covering strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and Finance team to build robust financial and decision-making models.
- Analyze complex operational data and recommend targeted improvements to processes, procedures, and internal systems.
- Participate actively in talent acquisition efforts for key organizational positions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic or management consulting is a distinct advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA are highly valued.
- Strong foundational background in finance, business development, and quantitative data analysis.
- Advanced modeling proficiencies in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing KPI tracking and modern project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Prior working experience within a financial services institution or related sector is an added advantage.
