About the Role
J-Six Group is a dynamic hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional products and memorable dining experiences. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Storekeeper to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless flow of our daily operations by managing inventory, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, and supporting our procurement processes to guarantee top-tier service delivery to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Follow all established standards for issuing and receiving stock within the designated store area.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and compile purchase orders based on established par levels.
- Inspect all delivered goods against purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring accurate quantities and rejecting damaged or incorrect items.
- Maintain clear, organized records, ensuring all invoices are posted immediately and reports are filed properly.
- Monitor periodic automatic reorder levels to prevent stockouts of essential food items.
- Ensure the daily upkeep and hygiene of storage facilities in strict compliance with health regulations.
- Manage the store requisition process, ensuring all forms are properly signed and logged into the inventory management system.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement team and conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
- Minimum of an OND qualification in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role within the fast-food or hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management and market requisition procedures.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, or the ability to easily commute daily, as accommodation is not provided.
- Competitive monthly net salary of N80,000.
