About the Role
Rubels & Angels is a premier food brand dedicated to delivering the ultimate culinary experience, featuring our signature crispy chicken, crunchy fish fillets, delicious soup bowls, and surprise trays. We are currently looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Storekeeper to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure seamless daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity.
- Store items properly in designated areas, ensuring optimal organization and stock preservation.
- Issue stock efficiently based on approved requisitions from various departments.
- Maintain precise manual and digital inventory records to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with management.
- Monitor inventory thresholds and flag timely reorder needs to maintain steady supplies.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and secure in compliance with health standards.
- Prepare and submit routine stock and inventory reports to the management team.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE); a Diploma or Degree in a related field is a distinct advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer operations, Microsoft Excel, or inventory software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability in handling valuable food stock.
- Good verbal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina required for lifting items, standing, and managing physical stock.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
