About the Role
Fort Knox Group, a premier diversified security and financial outfit in West Africa with over 95 years of global excellence, is seeking a talented and creative Store Visual Merchandiser. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our retail presence by designing and executing compelling visual displays that elevate customer experience and drive sales across our six retail locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain superior visual merchandising standards across 6 retail stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to inspect, evaluate, and improve product presentation and visual appeal.
- Plan and implement attractive product displays, window displays, promotional areas, and point-of-sale setups.
- Ensure consistent adherence to approved brand guidelines, layouts, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate the rollout of new product launches, seasonal displays, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to optimize store layouts and product placement based on customer behavior and sales data.
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers and retail teams, providing training and constructive feedback on merchandising practices.
- Monitor competitor displays to identify emerging trends and maintain photographic reports of store executions for management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, Art & Design, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or store operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing visual standards across multiple retail locations is highly advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic sense, creative flair, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of retail display techniques, store layouts, and how visual merchandising impacts sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel regularly between the 6 assigned stores.
