Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the comprehensive receipt, secure storage, and efficient issuance of materials and supplies across the facility.
  • Maintain highly accurate inventory and stock records using modern tracking systems.
  • Monitor optimal stock levels continuously and support timely replenishment to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Source and procure required materials, high-quality goods, and essential services in line with company standards.
  • Obtain, evaluate, and compare competitive quotations from various suppliers to secure the best value.
  • Liaise effectively with external vendors and internal departments to guarantee the prompt and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Maintain proper, transparent procurement and store documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven, relevant experience working in store management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Solid working knowledge of modern inventory management and end-to-end procurement processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication.
