Key Responsibilities- Manage the comprehensive receipt, secure storage, and efficient issuance of materials and supplies across the facility.
- Maintain highly accurate inventory and stock records using modern tracking systems.
- Monitor optimal stock levels continuously and support timely replenishment to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Source and procure required materials, high-quality goods, and essential services in line with company standards.
- Obtain, evaluate, and compare competitive quotations from various suppliers to secure the best value.
- Liaise effectively with external vendors and internal departments to guarantee the prompt and accurate delivery of materials.
- Maintain proper, transparent procurement and store documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven, relevant experience working in store management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Solid working knowledge of modern inventory management and end-to-end procurement processes.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong negotiation abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication.
