About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Person to join our dynamic team and oversee our inventory management operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log incoming food supplies, beverages, equipment, and general inventory items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital and manual tracking systems.
- Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile physical counts with inventory records to minimize discrepancies and waste.
- Organize and manage warehouse and storage spaces, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to reorder supplies before shortages occur.
- Issue and distribute inventory items to the kitchen and bar staff as requested and approved.
- Inspect perishable goods for freshness, proper rotation (FIFO), and appropriate storage temperatures.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or relevant academic qualification in a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Store Person, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Assistant, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and procurement teams.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods as required in a storage environment.
