About the Role
FMR Agency is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Store Officer to join our dynamic team located in Idado Estate, Igbo Efon, Lekki, Lagos State. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of our store, managing our inventory with precision, and providing an exceptional experience for every customer. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a well-organized, welcoming retail environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct routine stock counts, and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Handle order fulfillment, receiving shipments, and processing outgoing stock accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records and generate regular stock reports for management.
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to address client needs and inquiries.
- Enforce proper stock control procedures to minimize shrinkage, damage, and discrepancies.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in store management, retail operations, or inventory management.
- Solid understanding of stock control methodologies, inventory record-keeping, and reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Prior experience in the skincare, beauty, or related retail sectors will be a distinct advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦250,000.
