About the Role
Fadac Resources is hiring a reliable and energetic Store Member to join our dynamic retail team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and providing outstanding service to every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with product inquiries and deliver exceptional, friendly customer service.
- Arrange, replenish, and maintain products neatly on shelves and displays.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular stock counting and inventory management activities.
- Handle pricing, tagging, and merchandising of products according to brand standards.
- Support general sales activities to help the store achieve its revenue targets.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent academic qualification.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- High level of honesty, reliability, integrity, and responsibility.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail with basic numerical and stock-handling abilities.
