About the Role
Best Service Raya is a leading player in the distribution and sales of mobile phones and small domestic appliances. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Store Keeper to join our fast-paced team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain by ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless warehouse operations to support our growing sales network.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and complete orders for delivery to the sales team or customer pickup according to strict schedules.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stock keeping, distribution, and general product maintenance.
- Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming products accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels closely, identifying shortages and initiating requisitions to order new items.
- Maintain clear communication and cooperation with supervisors, warehouse staff, and internal sales co-workers.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory records with database systems.
- Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience as a Store Keeper in the retail, distribution, or related industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, and database systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work well under pressure in a busy environment.
