Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to strict specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Create comprehensive project status reports, allocate resources efficiently, and define governance policies.
- Manage financial concerns and interface seamlessly across all organizational levels and business units.
- Partner with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee contracting, subcontracting, design, engineering management, execution planning, and quality management.
- Maintain rigorous project controls utilizing advanced cost estimating, planning, scheduling, and data management methods.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable project management experience specifically within the oil and gas industry (applications without this will be automatically rejected).
- Proficiency in MS Project or other industry-standard project management tools.
- Strong verbal, written, and consensus-building communication skills.
- Demonstrated behavioral competencies including creating ownership, driving functional excellence, and managing external relationships.
