About the Role
Bons Industries Limited, a leading Nigerian manufacturer of bakery materials, food ingredients, packaged foods, and beverages since 1989, is seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our dynamic team at our Enugu factory office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high operational standards by ensuring that all warehouse and inventory processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, offload, and thoroughly inspect all incoming goods and raw materials for accuracy, quantity, and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using both manual ledgers and computerized stock management systems.
- Organize, label, and store warehouse items systematically to ensure safety, easy retrieval, and optimal space utilization.
- Issue and distribute raw materials, packaging, or finished products promptly upon receipt of authorized requisitions.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with the management team.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety rules, cleanliness protocols, and security measures at all times.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with production and logistics teams in Enugu.
